In shaping our consulting interventions, we create a unique package for each client. The Vivos Consulting approach starts with listening to the situation presented by the organisation and fully understanding its complexities and dimensions. Outcomes are agreed, which are revisited regularly throughout our contact. Our consulting is grounded in organisational realities and is both reflective and pragmatic.
We work with groups and individuals as required by the consulting situation.
Our primary focus is with those in a leadership role, which may then give rise to engagement with other employee groups. Relationships, whether smooth or troubled, are the cornerstone of organisational functioning. Consulting explores these relationships both from the individual leader’s perspective and that of teams. It is through another relationship – between the consultant and the organisation – that change occurs.

Our consultants have extensive experience of working relationships across the US, Asia and mainland Europe. Our services can be delivered, both in the UK and internationally, using a combination of face-to-face meetings and video and audio conferencing. We believe strongly in the value of face-to-face conversations, particularly at the outset of a consulting relationship. This can be combined with alternative forms of communication as the consultation progresses.
